Insurance:

We are preferred provider for many insurance companies including:

Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna,, State Farm, United Healthcare  and many more!  Please call our office we will be happy to verify for you. 

We do not Accept Anthem Healthkeeper's. 

We also handle Workers Compensation, Automobile Injuries and any type of  injury that may occur at home.

We are proud to also offer Monthly wellness plans and convenient options to meet all of your needs!

Examination:

All new patients are required to undergo an initial examination. Our fee is $95  which includes Consultation, examination, Computerized Muscle evaluation and if indicated a digital foot examination to determine Pronated/fallen arches.

We also may request any M.R.I, Cat Scan, X-ray reports be faxed to our office. Typically this is available by your second visit. We do not perform x-rays at our office but have same day options at Sentara & UVA in Zion's crossroads. We also have access to Epic for both Facilities.

If you are accepted as a patient, your second visit will include your report of findings, treatment plan and financial obligations will be reviewed based upon your insurance coverage. If no insurance we will outline a specific financial plan for you.
